Paris Glow is an effective anti-ageing mesotherapy and skin revitalisation treatment designed to restore the vitality, hydration and youthful radiance the skin loses over time. Named after the famous effortless, healthy skin of Parisian women, it is a cocktail that combines the skin’s essential building blocks in one formula to repair and restructure the skin from within. Known scientifically as NCTF 135 HA, the formula is designed to improve skin quality, soften fine lines, restore elasticity and give the face a bright, fresh, rested look.
It goes far beyond superficial treatments that give only momentary shine, aiming to improve the health and function of the skin at a cellular level. At our clinic in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, I look at skin health as a whole and offer personalised treatment protocols for each patient’s skin.
Environmental factors, stress, the passing years and lifestyle habits all drain the skin’s vitality: it becomes dull and dry, fine lines show more and the healthy glow fades. Paris Glow helps reset the skin to a healthier rhythm. It not only gives back what the skin has lost but also stimulates its own repair and renewal mechanisms, so the resulting glow is not a temporary, artificial shine but a reflection of the skin’s own health.
How Skin Ages and Why It Needs Revitalising
The skin is the body’s largest organ and our first line of defence against the outside world, which is why signs of ageing show there first and most visibly. Skin ageing is a complex process driven by two main factors: intrinsic and extrinsic ageing.
Intrinsic ageing is genetically programmed and progresses with age. Over time, the cells that produce the skin’s building blocks, especially fibroblasts, slow down. Fibroblasts make collagen, which gives firmness, and elastin, which gives elasticity. As production falls, the skin loses firmness, starts to sag and becomes more vulnerable to gravity. Production of hyaluronic acid, the skin’s key moisturising molecule that can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water, also drops, so the skin becomes dry, dull and loses volume, and fine lines and wrinkles appear. Cell renewal slows too, making the skin look paler and tired.
Extrinsic ageing refers to the wearing effects of lifestyle and environment. The most important is photo-ageing from the sun’s UV rays, which produce reactive molecules called free radicals. These attack healthy cells and collagen and elastin fibres and dramatically speed up ageing; sun damage is the main cause of pigmentation, deep wrinkles and uneven tone. Smoking, poor nutrition, air pollution, stress and lack of sleep add to free-radical damage and reduce the skin’s ability to repair itself.
This is where revitalising treatments come in. Paris Glow targets both intrinsic and extrinsic causes of ageing. In a big city like Istanbul, pollution and stress can threaten skin health even more, and many of our patients in Beşiktaş complain of dull, dry, tired-looking skin. The aim is not only to address the signs but to strengthen the skin’s basic health and defences. With its rich content of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants, Paris Glow helps protect the skin against free radicals, stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, and replenishes lost moisture with pure hyaluronic acid.
Paris Glow
Paris Glow, scientifically NCTF® 135 HA (New Cellular Treatment Factor), is a CE-marked professional anti-ageing mesotherapy product developed to combat the signs of ageing, improve skin quality and give the face a healthy, lively, bright look. At its heart is the delivery of more than 59 active ingredients directly into the dermis, the skin’s middle layer, through micro-injections. This reaches deeper layers that creams and serums applied to the surface cannot, supporting renewal at a cellular level.
The main ingredient is free (non-cross-linked) hyaluronic acid. Unlike the cross-linked hyaluronic acid in fillers, its role here is not to add volume but to hydrate the skin intensively and encourage fibroblast activity, giving instant moisture, plumpness and radiance. The other key ingredients are:
- 12 vitamins such as A, B, C and E that support the skin’s cellular functions. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that fights free radicals and stimulates collagen; B vitamins are vital for the skin’s metabolic balance.
- 24 amino acids, the building blocks of proteins such as collagen and elastin, which support the skin’s capacity to repair and rebuild itself.
- 6 minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium, which regulate the skin’s ionic balance and act as cofactors in many enzyme reactions.
- 6 coenzymes that speed up the cells’ biochemical reactions and encourage tissue repair.
- 5 nucleic acids, building blocks of DNA and RNA that regulate cell communication and protein synthesis.
- 1 powerful antioxidant (glutathione), one of the strongest protectors of cells against oxidative stress.
I apply Paris Glow with a protocol adapted to each patient’s skin type, age and needs. The skin is cleansed and disinfected, and a local anaesthetic cream can be applied for comfort. The NCTF 135 HA cocktail is then applied with very fine, short needles as small injections (papules) to the face, neck, décolletage or backs of the hands. It takes about 20–30 minutes. As well as delivering a valuable nutrient cocktail, the mechanical effect of the micro-needles stimulates the skin’s own healing mechanisms and collagen production. The result is a multi-purpose, science-based treatment that hydrates and firms the skin, softens fine lines, refines pores and gives a healthy glow.
The Procedure and Session Plan
The success of Paris Glow depends on the right technique and a session plan tailored to your needs. It is not a one-off miracle but a structured treatment that improves skin quality over time with a cumulative effect, so I create a personalised schedule for each patient.
It starts with a detailed consultation assessing your skin type, concerns (dullness, dryness, fine lines, loss of elasticity, uneven tone), lifestyle, sun exposure and health history. I explain what Paris Glow can achieve, how the process works, possible side effects and the session plan, and we set treatment goals together.
On the day, the skin is cleansed of make-up and impurities and disinfected. If you are sensitive to pain or prefer more comfort, a local anaesthetic cream is applied 20–30 minutes beforehand. The cocktail can then be applied in two ways, or a combination:
- Classic mesotherapy: very fine, short needles deliver the product into the dermis as small injections that form little papules, which disappear within a few hours.
- Microneedling: the NCTF 135 HA solution is spread on the skin and a Dermapen or similar device opens thousands of micro-channels so it penetrates deeply. The controlled micro-trauma also strongly stimulates the skin’s own collagen and elastin production.
The whole procedure takes about 30–45 minutes, depending on the area. The session plan is personalised, but generally consists of:
- An initial phase: usually 3–4 sessions two weeks apart, to saturate the skin with nutrients, stimulate fibroblast activity and achieve visible revitalisation.
- A maintenance phase: one session every 3 to 6 months, depending on your skin, to keep the bright, healthy look, making Paris Glow part of a long-term anti-ageing strategy.
Results are often noticed even after the first session, with more hydrated, brighter skin. The more pronounced effects – better skin quality, fewer fine lines and improved firmness – usually appear after the 2nd and 3rd sessions, as the skin renews itself.
Who Is It For and What Results Can You Expect?
Paris Glow is a very safe treatment suitable for a wide range of people who want to improve skin quality, address the first signs of ageing and achieve a healthy, fresh, bright look. Men and women from their late twenties onwards can benefit. I mainly recommend it for:
- Dull, tired skin that has lost its healthy glow; vitamins and minerals give an instant boost.
- Dehydrated, dry skin: the high concentration of hyaluronic acid hydrates deeply, making the skin plumper and smoother and easing tightness and flaking.
- Fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, above the lip and on the cheeks, softened over time as the skin’s own collagen is stimulated.
- Loss of elasticity and firmness: amino acids and other building blocks support the renewal of collagen and elastin fibres.
- Enlarged pores and uneven tone, which improve as overall skin quality improves.
- Superficial acne marks and spots, whose appearance can lighten as repair mechanisms are activated.
It is not given during pregnancy or breastfeeding, to people allergic to any ingredient, or where there is an active infection or skin condition (such as cold sores or eczema) in the area.
When the session plan is completed, patients typically notice: an immediate boost of vitality and radiance from the first session; deep hydration and a smoother surface; a visible reduction in fine lines, especially once the course is complete; firmer, plumper, more elastic skin with a slightly more toned facial contour; and refined texture, tighter-looking pores and a more even tone. Paris Glow is a long-term investment in your skin whose effects build over time, revealing your skin’s own health rather than masking it. Results vary from person to person.
